5 Mental Health Resources in Colorado Springs

I don’t know what you or your family might be dealing with at this moment, but I know what it’s like to just need some help. When we feel this sense of need or even desperation, we may feel like it is time to seek out professional help it can be overwhelming. We think, we will just research it ‘later’ but then we get busy and think we will do it tomorrow. Then it keeps getting put off.

To help remove one hurdle, I’ve compiled a list of resources, counselors, and places to get help. Don’t be afraid to seek out help for you or a family member. Remember… “You are VALUABLE!”
